accuracy, leaving no room for errors.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Provide a seamless service, handling any requests in full, often including an item where you exceed your client\u2019s expectation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Must be sales oriented as the position involves working towards targets; Commission and incentives are payable for sales achievements.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client Relations<\/h3>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Ensure enquiries are actioned within 30min, you may request your teams support to achieve this goal.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Provide quality advice &amp; relevant information to clients.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Listen to client\u2019s needs; give options explaining why you\u2019ve given each option, considering directness of routing, cost, and client preference.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Keep client confidentiality within The Travel Group<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Visit your clients at least once every 6 months at their offices.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Systems Used:<\/h3>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Amadeus experience (can be cross-trained)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Outlook &amp; culture.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Grow existing clients to their maximum, look for leads, referrals, and any opportunities for further growth.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Work efficiently to achieve both individual and team monthly sales goals.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Performance Requirements<\/h3>\r\n \r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Complete all quotes &amp;
